For more than 30 years, this family-owned farm has produced sustainable Oscietra caviar from the clean, free flowing waters of the Rio Negro River in Uruguay. After years of selling their caviar to renowned caviar distributors worldwide, the family decided to sell direct. Strategic Wine Solutions was hired to help create and execute a rapid-growth strategy for the United States.

Our proprietary methodology incorporates brand management, trade marketing, press/PR management, event management and consumer outreach activities to create the kind of momentum that leads to sustainable growth.
Strategic Wine Solutions was hired in the Fall of 2019 and despite COVID, has significantly increased sales in both the trade and high-net worth consumer segments. Further, we’ve worked closely with management to build a brand awareness and sales strategy – with particular focus on Michelin starred restaurants – and are executing said strategy in key markets across the United States. On the consumer side, SWS successfully introduced and is managing a key strategic marketing relationship with one of the world’s largest investment banks to develop caviar educational classes, customized events and Zooms.
