What we do

Suppliers rely on their distributor to grow sales, increase brand awareness, develop sales and marketing materials, manage pricing, execute marketing/sales programming and liaise with press/other key influencers.

Most distributors are poorly equipped to manage these brand building components for two reasons: 1) Insufficient resources; and/or 2) Existing resources lack the ability or experience required.

Our approach incorporates brand strategy, trade marketing, press/PR management, distributor management, pricing analysis and strategy, event management and consumer outreach activities to create the kind of momentum that leads to sustainable growth.


 

Our results

•The winery was named #16 on Wine Spectator’s annual list of Top 100 Wines of 2013.

•Results were achieved with NO advertising spend, sales programming or additional $$s to the trade. Further, pricing was not reduced nor were there changes/additions in multiple case pricing.

•Press mentions for the winery significantly increased and on the national stage. Multiple mentions in 2012 and 2013 in publications like Food & Wine Magazine, Saveur and International Wine Cellar.

•Brand visibility and reputation amongst the sales reps has risen considerably. Sales continue to rise and we expect that trend to continue.
